365 Project – Day 41
Today’s photo was inspired by a blog post by my beautiful and talent Aunt Kathy. Her post was about her very own set of screwdrivers. I am a firm believer that every woman should have a set of tools that are all her own. I have a set and it has been a wonderful thing for me and my relationship with my husband! Now I only need to borrow his tools when I need something large like a drill or a saw and that doesn’t happen very frequently.
How do you tell your tools apart?
Well the brilliant catch is that all the tools that came in this tool box/kit are pink; pink handles on everything! If I find a tool in some random place in the house (has not happened yet, knock on wood!) I know it is mine and not his. Pretty cool, eh?
The pink idea is fantastic! We had a big construction company in Whatcom Co. that was always loosing their tools, road barriers, etc. until they painted everything pink and found that theft really slowed down!!!!!
