365 Project – Day 2
Day 2 is a remnant of the holiday season. There is a beautiful pink poinsettia sitting on my dining table. One morning I noticed water droplets pooling up inside the flower. I thought a macro shot was in order.
I’m excited to work more on Macro shots through this project. I am pretty sure that I will be able to dramatically improve. Improvement is good!

Day 2 was taken with a Nikon D90. 60mm focal length, f/4 with a shutter speed of 1/50, ISO 640. Natural light.

I wonder if those seed pods will develop into viable seeds. My pointsettas usually bite the dust before they get to this state. Great to see such an up-close view!
It seems to be thriving. I’m going to see how long I can keep it alive. Who knows…
