Malgorzata 'ET BER' Warlikowska
Malgorzata ‘ET BER’ Warlikowska’s works depict social interaction to be a system of dependencies. Social problems are the primary topic of the works on view, in particular, the relationships between society and the media. Warlikowska explores the way in which the media encourage children to become sexual active at an early age, portrays rebellion against excess information, forced communication with the outside world at the cost of introspection, and everyday, nonsensical obligations that are imposed by society and disseminated by the media. The works on view have been produced using the techniques of linoleum-block printing, painting and ceramics.
Malgorzata Warlikowska graduated from the Graphic Design Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw with an additional ceramic design component in her degree.
